The next LAC swap is coming up quickly on Nov 17th and I need to get busy on the next kit. I've been collecting goodies for the past couple of weeks. I hope everyone likes it!
I've been pretty occupied with the house for the last month and a half. Between open houses and showings I've been a clean queen and it's put a bit of a strain on my creativity - or lack there of. I'm finding it difficult to find my muse. The house will come off the market as of Nov 30th so hopefully my muse will reappear in quick order! Christmas crafting is one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season. Plus, I'm going to try and make a gift or two this year. We'll see!
I started my ATCs for the swap on Sunday and finished them up this morning before heading out to vote and run other errands. The theme this month is from one of my favorite time periods - with a French twist; Le Belle Epoque. With a few minor exceptions all of the supplies I used for them is from the kit. As usual I made one extra for me to keep! Can't wait to see what everyone else makes! This was a fun and relatively easy one. I used a black cardstock backing for all the ATCs except the fabric ones. I did a little stitching and beading on those ones so there is a bit of natural batting between the front and the back fabrics.
