I spent yesterday experimenting with some printing techniques I saw on YouTube using the Gelli Plate. First, let me say it's NOT as easy as they make it look! I experimented with the type of paint as well as the type of paper to see what would happen. I made LOTS of discoveries along the way and will share them in my upcoming Altered Book Workshop at Beautiful Impressions on June 14th. We will also discuss Tip-In Pages & Pockets (hidden & exposed), but the main focus is playing with the Gelli Plate. For more info visit BI's website here.
Oh! And can I tell you? It's HIGHLY addictive!
Here are a few prints I pulled, both successful and not so much, because it's all usable.
